Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within banking or financial services
- Strong sales, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
