Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze production data to identify trends, forecast demand, and provide actionable insights to improve planning accuracy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to align planning activities with business goals.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or related roles.
- Proficiency in planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and strong analytical skills.
