Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Executive, based in Sunway. The Procurement Executive will oversee purchasing processes, manage purchase orders, and ensure effective procurement management. Responsibilities include analyzing procurement data, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support operational excellence. You will also focus on cost-effectiveness and compliance with company standards in procurement operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making
- Effective Communication skills to liaise with vendors and collaborate with internal teams
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage procurement tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace and procurement software is an advantage
- Prior experience in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
