On behalf of our clients, we're looking for a procurement professional (fluent in Mandarin) to manage sourcing, supplier relationships, and purchasing operations while driving cost efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

-Execute sourcing strategies and negotiate best-value pricing

-Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and contracts

-Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery

-Track costs, market trends, and support budgeting

-Ensure compliance, manage risks, and support audits

-Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project teams

Requirements:

-Procurement / Supply Chain background

-Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

-Experience in sourcing, purchasing, and cost analysis

-Fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate with suppliers from China
