Sales Demand Confirmation Meeting: Coordinate with relevant sales departments around the 20th of each month to hold a demand confirmation meeting, collect sales forecasts for products three months ahead, and relay this information to the Material Control Specialist for material preparation.
Monthly Production Planning: By the 25th of each month, develop the next month's production plan based on sales demand, available material status, and production capacity. Distribute this plan to the Production Manager for capacity allocation reference.
BOM Management: Responsible for releasing the latest Bill of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system to facilitate material preparation and requisition by the material handlers.
Production Order Issuance: Generate production orders according to the production plan and track the execution status of each order.
Production Order Coordination: Handle the scheduling and coordination of ad-hoc orders, such as urgent sales orders and R&D trial run orders.
Statistics and Other Tasks: Compile management-required data, including statistics on production line completed quantities and outstanding work.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification: Associate degree or higher preferred; strong sensitivity to data is essential.
Professional Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems and office software.
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, or a background in statistics. Strong data sensitivity and proficiency in flexibly handling data using office software are highly preferred.
