Responsibilities
- Uphold leadership, discipline, and adhere to company policies, safety, health, 5S, and ISO standards.
- Set up machines and perform a first-piece inspection (approved by QC before mass production).
- Conduct hourly online quality inspections.
- Monitor and control production line's Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Complete daily reports to track issues and improvements.
- Monitor machine conditions daily to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct machine inspections and preventive maintenance as per weekly/monthly schedules.
- Issue work orders and coordinate maintenance tasks with electrical and workshop personnel.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM/STPM.
- Good communication, planning, and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and a willingness to learn.
- Preferably has experience, especially in the manufacturing industry.
- Able to start work as soon as possible is an advantage.
