Required Skills And Experience

General

• 8+ years of IT/technology project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years solid experience of managing medium/large scale of both BUILD and RUN project or program.
• Strong experience in Agile, Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project and other project tracking & management tools.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage non-technical audiences and senior leaders.
  
  

Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, entry, exit and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with business priorities.
  
  

Financial Management

• Estimate costs, create and manage budgets, and track financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Distributing effort across the team in alignment with the project quote.
• Performing monthly budget forecasting ensuring the actuals are as per the forecast.
  
  

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues related to scope, budget, resources, and delivery.
  
  

Team Leadership

• Assign tasks based on individual strengths and expertise.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver highquality outcomes.
  
  

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Facilitate communication across internal teams, external partners, and business stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies, provide status updates, and highlight potential roadblocks.
  
  

Time & Resource Management

• Monitor team utilization and ensure the project remains on schedule.
  
  

Change Management

• Manage project changes effectively while safeguarding delivery commitments.
• Ensure all changes are implemented with zero disruption to production environments.
  
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and other required deliverables with accuracy and clarity.
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Capture and action lessons learnt, and best practices identified through periodic retrospective sessions.
  
  

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP or equivalent.
• Agile/Scrum certifications such as CSM.
• ITIL 4 Foundation.
  
  

Competency

• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution discipline.
• Advanced planning, organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and lead without authority.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
