Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT infrastructure and managed services to lead complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service-level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and managed services projects, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
• Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Service Delivery: Ensure projects meet performance, availability, and security standards in line with managed services best practices.
• Governance & Compliance: Adhere to ITIL, ISO, and other relevant frameworks for service management and infrastructure governance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance service delivery, and reduce operational risks.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation
• 7–10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in infrastructure and managed services.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects (data centers, cloud migrations, network upgrades, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, service management frameworks, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

• Must have PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global environment
