The QA Inspector is responsible for quality inspection in the department.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for Quality Inspection in the department.
- Assisting in preparation of Quality Procedures, Work Instruction and Quality Form – taking copies/filing/labeling/distributing to various departments.
- Issuing Quality Forms to the respective departments and removing old forms from production floor.
- Maintaining record of document changes.
- Updating master list of documents and list of Quality/Environment Records.
- Assisting Quality Manager in maintaining Quality System records.
- QC Inspection jobs.
- Performing the material movements in in ERP system
- Assist on the qualification for the engineers.
We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to understand basic Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic math and basic computer skills
- Able to follow instructions/new assignments from the Lead Operator/Line Leader
- Able to use basic measurement tools, i.e. calipers & micrometers
- Able to read basic drawing requirements
