AML Quality Assurance Lead – Contract Role

We have a consulting opportunity to lead quality assurance across AML operations for a financial services client. This role will focus on strengthening control frameworks, improving quality outcomes, and coaching operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA reviews across KYC, screening, and transaction monitoring processes
• Identify trends, control gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Produce QA reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Drive remediation actions and track issue resolution
• Provide coaching and feedback to analysts to improve quality standards
• Design QA methodologies including sampling and severity frameworks

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Risk, or related field
• Experience in AML QA, audit, or regulatory review
• Strong investigative judgement and analytical capability
• Experience with AML systems and financial products
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive quality improvements
