• Key Responsibilities:

Assess and analyze project requirements from the drawing provided by customer.

• Work with fabricator, prepare cost estimates and quotations to customer.

Negotiate contracts and work schedules.

• Monitor and report on project progress.

Work closely with other stakeholders especially sales to ensure smooth completion of the project.

• Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

• At least one year of experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costs.

• Proficient in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD, CostX).

Excellent negotiation, numerical, and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
