Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Financial Management: Oversee full-spectrum accounting operations through to the preparation of balance sheets.Transactional Oversight: Manage AP/AR workflows and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger through regular bank reconciliation.
  • Compliance & Audit: Lead month-end and year-end closing processes; serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Document Control: Maintain systematic filing for all financial and administrative records.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Coordinate with internal departments to provide data-driven financial insights and support team-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a professional qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-set accounting (Regional experience preferred).
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in accounting ERPs and MS Office.
  • Multilingual: Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Business-level Mandarin is mandatory to facilitate communication with stakeholders in China.
