POSITION GOALS
The Finance Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of a comprehensive range of financial services & support as defined in the Management Contract
- Manage the day-to-day financial and accounting operations with particular focus on the client's reporting requirements at a local and regional level;
- To achieve KPI, financial, and other targets as established for the account;
- Monitor and ensure efficient use of resources, manage budgetary functions and oversight of accounts payable and receivable functions;
- Be the strategic partner with JLL APAC Finance Manager, onsite FM leads & JLL functional teams as well as with the Client Finance lead.
Duties And Responsibilities
Business Partnering and Finance Management
- Support APAC Finance Manager, onsite FM leads & functional teams in the handling of business, operational, financial decision making, risk mitigation and other financial advice;
- Ensure timely production of annual budgets / quarterly forecasts for the portfolio;
- Manage daily expenditure for both Opex and Capex;
- Complete month end closing and reporting with high quality;
- Deliver trainings to onsite FM team to ensure finance process well implemented with no risk;
- Monitoring and review of financial KPIs;
- Process implementation and improvements;
- Ensure the Finance team assists with on-going cost saving projects, including identification, monitoring and analysis.
- Support APAC Finance Manager to deliver finance management from both JLL and client perspective as the regional level.
Reporting/Forecasting/Planning
- Monthly, quarterly & ad-hoc reporting and variance analyses for client and corporate requirements;
- Annual budget & quarterly forecasts for both client and corporate;
Data Management, Policies & Procedures & Audit
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity of the systems across the region and audit data from time to time;
- Ensure that appropriate processes and systems control are planned, implemented and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions;
- Ensure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy/ready and in keeping with recognised quality management processes;
- Ensure the finance staff are well-trained on the financial systems & are effectively able to extract data readily.
People Management
- Provide effective strategic leadership and direction to the JLL Finance team.
- Hiring, coaching & mentoring.

- High level of communication within the organization and with the client.
- Continuous improvement in the following
- Client satisfaction;
- Improvement and savings initiatives for the client as well as JLL.
- Ensure the KPI targets for the account are met;
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and client contractual obligations.
GENERAL REQUIREMNTS
- Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience
- Degree qualifications in Accountancy or similar field will be an advantage
- Experience in a variety of accounting software
- Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports
- Has an eye for detail to ensure the best delivery of services
- Goal-oriented, able to focus on meeting all performance targets
- Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively
- Analytical, proven ability to solve problems using an objective approach
- Excellent planning & organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
