Provide support for Reliability analysis, including but not limited to:
- Environmental Stressing (Temp cycle, UHAST, HTSL, MSL)
- Physical Analysis (CSAM, Solderability)
- Support RAP execution.
- Incoming & Outgoing sample tracking
Job Qualification
- Complete SPM result 5 credit result or relevant
- Preferably 2-3 years experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Must be able to work well with peers, vendors, and FSL team across multi departments.
