Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing top-tier customer service. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, client communication, and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
