Company Description

Your future employer is a tyre distribution and wholesale business based in Malaysia. It involves in procuring and supplying tyres and related products to the aftermarket.

Role Description

  • Manage daily customer service activities, including order processing, invoicing coordination, delivery scheduling, and after-sales support.
  • Ensure customer orders are accurately captured, processed, and fulfilled within agreed timelines.
  • Act as the escalation point for customer complaints, delivery issues, and servicediscrepancies and among the company sales representative.
  • Maintain strong and balanced relationships within operations, logistics and salesteam.
  • Monitor service levels and implement improvements to enhance customersatisfaction.
  • Liaise closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate picking,timely deliveries, and proper handling of tyre products.
  • Coordinate stock availability and delivery schedules to manage customerexpectations.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to shortages, delays, damages, or incorrectdeliveries.

Qualifications

Minimum 35 years experience in customer service, preferably in the tyre,automotive, or wholesale distribution industry

Proficient in MS Office / order management systems

Languages: English, Mandarin

Industry: Distributor & Wholesales

Location: Kapar, Klang

Working Hours: 8:30AM - 5PM, Monday - Saturday (Alternate)
