Academic Qualification Required:

  • Diploma/bachelor's in business management, Marketing and other equivalent

Skill Required

  • Familiar with Autocount/MRP System
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous person
  • Negotiation skill

Briefing On Job Description & Key Responsibilities

  • Customer service and post-sales support, services existing accounts, obtains orders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  • Problem solving abilities to identify client needs, address concern and overcome objections during the sales process.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team in a fast paced environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, streamline processes and optimize the customer experience.
  • Negotiation and closing deals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
