Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our energy storage business development and sales operations in SEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market expansion, building strong customer relationships, managing key accounts, and overseeing the company's commercial strategy in the region. This role requires a deep understanding of the local energy market, strong leadership, and proven success in sales within the renewable energy or energy storage sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share for energy storage products and solutions in Indonesia.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, utilities, EPCs, IPPs, and large industrial customers.
Lead end-to-end sales processes, including pipeline development, negotiation, contract signing, and revenue achievement.
Deliver on sales targets and KPIs for the Indonesian market.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to design customized solutions for customers.
Serve as the Country Manager, responsible for overall operations, compliance, and business presence in Indonesia.
Build, train, and lead a local sales and support team as needed.
Represent the company in industry forums, exhibitions, and networking events.
Identify, evaluate, and manage partnerships with local distributors, integrators, and strategic partners.
Drive long-term collaboration with stakeholders in the energy storage ecosystem.
