Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia. The Sales Engineer will act as a technical liaison between the company and its clients, focusing on presenting solutions, providing technical support, and guiding customer decision-making. The role will involve working closely with sales teams to understand client needs, delivering tailor-made technical solutions, building strong client relationships, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Development or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, technical support, automation, or industrial solutions are also welcome.
  • Strong interest in technical sales, business development, and client engagement.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Able to understand technical drawings, specifications, and industrial systems (training will be provided).
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Confident, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies such as AI, automation, robotics, and digital solutions.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and project discussions when required.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Passionate about building a career in a fast-growing technology-driven company.
  • Candidates with basic AutoCAD skills and familiarity with technical drawings will have an added advantage.
