Sales Engineer

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in Batu Caves, Malaysia, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and solutions, providing technical support to clients, preparing proposals, and building strong customer relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the internal team to address customer requirements and ensuring timely delivery of solutions to meet client needs.

• Strong proficiency in Sales Engineering and a proven ability to align technical solutions with client requirements
• Excellent Technical Support skills to address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Sales and understanding of sales processes, including lead generation and closing deals
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the instrumentation or measurement industry is an advantage
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required
