Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer, based in Perai with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including identifying potential customers, delivering technical presentations, and developing tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support to clients, addressing inquiries, managing relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to understand customer needs and implementing strategies for market penetration will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Engineering, including building and executing sales strategies and achieving targets
• Technical Support skills and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments or scientific solutions is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in similar roles or industries is highly valued
