Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Shah Alam for a Sales Engineer. The responsibilities include managing and growing client accounts, providing technical consultation, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves preparing and presenting technical solutions, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and supporting sales goals through client engagement and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Holds Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Mechatronic Engineering or any relevance courses.
• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality technical solutions
• Relevant educational background in Engineering or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Shah Alam and collaborate effectively with the team
