Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Shah Alam. The Sales Engineer will provide technical insights to customers, assist in designing tailored solutions, and engage in direct sales activities. Key responsibilities include preparing technical documentation, offering customer support, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales, with a proven ability to understand and meet client needs
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of Substation Automation, SCADA Systems, or Renewable Energy is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Shah Alam and travel as needed
