Job Description

  • Manage and expand distributor networks within Southeast Asia and South Asia, as well as selected end-user accounts.
  • Drive sales growth and market penetration by developing strong partnerships with distributors, resellers and key customers.
  • Analyze and forecast market trends, providing competitive benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue, market share, and growth targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through distributors, partners, and direct engagements.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing channel partners, key accounts, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.
  • Collaborate with distributors and end-users on solution design, proposal preparation, and tender specifications.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualifications in land surveying, engineering or business (preferable)
  • Minimum 1-year experience in channel sales, business development, or account management is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
