Job Description

Job Responsibility

Sales & Social Media Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably through social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
  • Familiarity with TikTok and Facebook features such as live streaming, stories, and marketplace sales is a plus.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and persuasive manner.
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs quickly.

Product Knowledge

  • Ability and willingness to learn in-depth product details to present them effectively to customers.
  • Understanding of market trends and consumer preferences related to the product category.

Customer Service Skills

  • Prior experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and building customer loyalty.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact.

Sales Target Orientation

  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets, both online and in-store.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Ability to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English fluently

Social Media Sales (TikTok & Facebook)

  • Engage with potential customers on TikTok and Facebook through live streaming, video posts, and messages.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages, converting leads into sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies on social platforms.

Walk-in Customer Sales

  • Welcome and serve walk-in customers, providing product demonstrations and personalized recommendations.
  • Actively engage with in-store customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.

Product Knowledge & Sales Strategy

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the product line to effectively communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points to customers.
  • Stay updated on product changes, new arrivals, promotions, and discounts to provide relevant information to customers.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collect feedback and handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Track customer orders and follow up to ensure timely deliveries, where applicable.
