Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time role based in WP Kuala Lumpur, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site client engagement with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting Medipulih Group's healthcare services, and maintaining relationships with clinics, corporate clients, and community partners. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in line with company policies. The Sales Executive will collaborate with clinical and operations teams to align service offerings with client needs, track sales performance, and report on market trends and competitor activity. The role also involves attending relevant events, representing the organization in community outreach, and ensuring a high standard of professional conduct in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in sales, business development, and account management, with the ability to meet targets and manage a sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and basic commercial analysis to structure proposals and close deals effectively.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including planning, territory management, and accurate documentation of sales activities.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, and proficiency in standard office software for reporting and presentations.
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical services, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to travel within WP Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas as needed, and to work in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.
