- Proactively identify and secure new leads in the commercial vehicle and non-motor insurance markets.
- Conduct telemarketing activities, perform follow-ups, and schedule client meetings.
- Propose customized insurance solutions that align with each client's unique needs.
Relationship Management
- Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with business clients.
- Act as the key liaison, providing timely support, advice, and problem resolution.
Travel & Networking
- Travel to client sites, attend business events, and engage with industry stakeholders to grow the business network.
- Utilize personal and professional networks to generate new business opportunities and referrals.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and business pipeline using CRM tools.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, projections, and market insights to management.
Compliance & Industry Knowledge
- Ensure all insurance offerings are compliant with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Continuously update knowledge of market trends, competitors, and new product offerings.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
- Perform additional duties or special projects as directed by the Management.
- Respond flexibly to changing business needs and contribute to ongoing insurance initiatives in both commercial vehicle and non-motor segments.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
