We are growing fast and looking for a driven Sales Executive to help us bring our solution to more SMEs and corporates across Malaysia.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can close deals. You won't just be taking orders; you will be the engine of our growth. You'll be speaking directly with HR Managers and Business Owners, showing them how Teamerit can solve their retention headaches and save them hours of admin work.

What You Will Do

Prospect & Qualify: Identify potential SME and corporate clients who need a better way to manage employee rewards.

Consult & Demo: Conduct product demonstrations (online/offline) to show prospective clients how Teamerit works and why it's better than cash or physical vouchers.

Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals and identify upsell opportunities.

Market Feedback: Be the ears on the ground and feed customer insights back to our product team.

What We Need From You (Requirements)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience. (This is non-negotiable).

Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Communication: Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a plus).

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, conducting Zoom demos, and learning new software quickly.

Mindset: You are a hunter, not a farmer. You are self-motivated and don't need micromanagement to hit your numbers.
