Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Penang, Malaysia. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging with new clients, managing existing customer relationships, and meeting sales goals. The role involves understanding customer needs, delivering technical presentations, and providing tailored solutions for their requirements. The Sales Executive will work closely with the technical support and R&D teams to ensure client satisfaction and align sales strategies with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and achieving targets
• Knowledge of the SMT or Electronics Manufacturing industry
• Ability to understand and present technical concepts for manufacturing solutions
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify opportunities
• Willingness to travel overseas and collaborate with teams in an office environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in technical sales in the manufacturing sector is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages and familiarity with international markets would be an added advantage
