Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur . The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and representing the company at events or meetings. The role involves collaborating with team members to develop strategies for business growth and providing outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new wholesale clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize long-term value.
  • Conduct engaging client meetings, product demonstrations, and coffee tastings.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge, including coffee origins, flavour profiles, and brewing methods.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare clear and concise sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within F&B, cafs, or the coffee industry.
  • Good understanding of specialty coffee, including brewing techniques and tasting notes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel within Kuala Lumpur for client visits.
