AIRSCREAM is looking for a Sales Manager to be responsible for meeting sales target in global market for vape and oem/odm services. Duties will include sales presentations, business development, government negotiation on rules & regulations, negotiating contracts with GT & MT distributors, as well as implementing strategic campaigns for assigned markets.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process dynamics, leadership experience, great presentation skill & Public Relationship engagement. Able to meet timeline & pipeline for sales driven activity.
Job Description:
- Identify and approach potential clients in targeted industries to expand market share.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat orders and foster loyalty.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Handle the full sales cycle from initial inquiry, proposal, and negotiation to contract signing and order acquisition.
- Act as the liaison between the client and internal engineering/production teams to track project progress and ensure quality.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts such as developing business by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Assist and involve in distributor activities such as sell in and sell out proposal.
- Collect and analyze market trends and competitor information to adjust strategies.
- Market analysis by segmentation, competitors trending and pricing.
- Keeping track of sales forecast and order.
- Actively keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Work across functionally across other departments for the best result on the benefits of company.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events, both domestic and international.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related business field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the FMCG industry, with strong exposure to field sales.
- Proven experience in managing distributors and driving sales performance across assigned territories.
- Solid understanding of ODM/OEM manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and technical product specifications.
- Prior experience in the Tobacco or Vape industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with international clients.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, particularly in dealing with regional or international stakeholders.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.
