Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and manage client relationships to meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, monitoring sales performance, and providing reports to management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Selangor, Malaysia, requiring strong leadership and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Sales Analysis
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in negotiation and presentation
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the medical diagnostics industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
