Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth. The role includes supervising sales teams, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's success.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy Development, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in Sales Forecasting, Account Management, and Business Development
  • Proven ability in Leadership, Team Management, and Motivating Sales Teams
  • Analytical skills for Market Analysis and Performance Metrics Evaluation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a sales or management role, preferably in a relevant industry, is an advantage
