Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities of wheel loaders and backhoe loaders (SANY Two-in-One machine) in West Malaysia. The role is responsible for driving business growth, expanding customer base, and achieving sales targets through proactive business development and strong customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote wheel loaders and backhoe loaders in West Malaysia market.
- Identify, approach, and engage potential customers, including construction contractors, rental companies, mining operators, municipal projects, and logistics yards.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, product presentation, quotation, negotiation to contract closing.
- Provide professional product demonstrations and technical solutions based on customer needs.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence (competitor activities, customer demand, industry trends) to support strategic planning.
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with service, parts, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery and after-sales support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of SANY brand in West Malaysia.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 35 years experience in B2B industrial equipment or construction machinery sales.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of construction equipment industry (wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, or similar products) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
- Willingness to travel frequently within West Malaysia.
