Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive customer growth, ensure customer success, and develop go-to-market strategies for strategic accounts and markets in APAC.

This role is pivotal in increasing our revenue in our core APAC markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth

  • Target, develop and manage a robust salespipeline of enterprise level prospects, engaging and converting them into long-term clients.
  • Drive revenue growth by tracking KPIs for lead generation, conversion rates, and client acquisition with revenue target.
  • Identify and pursue new deals and market expansion strategies.

3. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Execute and refine our GTM strategies tailored to large and mid-size enterprises in APAC markets, focusing on Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Australia and New Zealand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, positioning, and market entry strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our market positioning and unique selling proposition.

4. Market and Community Engagement

  • Represent Zuno Carbon at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities related to sustainability, carbon accounting and ESG.
  • Build brand awareness and thought leadership with decision makers in the sustainability community.
  • Engage with c-suite and equivalent stakeholders to promote Zuno Carbon's mission and solutions.

5. Internal Communication

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership team especially MDs of Growthand Customer Success to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide clear and concise reports on salespipeline, KPIs, and performance metrics to the leadership team
  • Contribute to marketing and messaging strategies to improve outreach and engagement.

6. Research & Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments to refine Zuno Carbon's approach.
  • Share insights that support strategic salesdecision-making and business expansion.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Role is remote and preference is for high achieving candidates in Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia
  • More than 3 years proven performance in business development for B2B and/or account management within the APAC region is critical
  • Passionate about ESG
  • Excellent communication, sales/pitch and negotiation skills, with the maturity and confidence to engage c-suite or equivalent.
  • Strategic and solutions-focused thinker
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agile and adaptable, able to switch between strategy and execution in lean, scaling environment.
  • Willing to take risks and learn from mistakes with a resilient personality
