Sales Marketing Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive based in Gelang Patah. The role involves developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to grow market presence and improve customer engagement. Daily tasks include conducting market research to identify trends, creating marketing plans, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role will require collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets and promote Hejin Group's products and services.

• Proven skills in Market Research and Market Planning to analyze market trends and create effective strategies
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities, manage campaigns, and achieve sales goals
• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal team members
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient in using digital marketing and sales tools
• Ability to work on-site in Gelang Patah and contribute to a team-oriented work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is an advantage
