Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Damansara for a Sales Specialist in Dialysis division. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and delivering product presentations. Additional responsibilities include managing sales activities, maintaining client accounts, and assisting in customer training on product usage to ensure proper application.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proven ability in Sales, with experience achieving and exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of Sales Management and Training techniques to effectively coordinate sales efforts and educate clients about products.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in an on-site, team-based environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Fresh graduate accepted.
