About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Client Business Solutions Manager to join our team at RHB Asset Management (Family Office). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke financial and business solutions to High Net Worth (HNW) clients, including Family Office relationships. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of end-to-end business activities while maintaining exceptional client experience and adherence to regulatory standards.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Achieve sales targets set by the Regional Head of Family Office
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet clients financial, investment, and personal needs
  • Support and ensure smooth execution of end-to-end client business activities across the Family Office ecosystem
  • Act as a key point of contact to coordinate across internal teams to deliver holistic client solutions
  • Manage client experience and expectations, ensuring client satisfaction and minimizing risks of complaints, financial losses, or litigation
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with High Net Worth clients
  • Take a leading role in business initiatives, system projects, and management reporting
  • Proactively identify and manage business risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, including those issued by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), Securities Commission, and Bursa Malaysia
  • Uphold the highest standards of governance and code of conduct

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in wealth management, private banking, or client solutions for High Net Worth clients
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver tailored solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management practices
  • Proactive, client-centric, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
