Develop comprehensive wells design, drilling programs, design casing strings, optimize well trajectories, torque & drag analysis and prepare technical documentation.
Monitor drilling performance, analyze data, set targets, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Prepare & manage the budgeting, benchmarking, contracting, and ensuring timely execution within cost and safety parameters.
Prepare daily surveillance, End-of-Well Reports (EOWR), After Action Reviews (AAR), and manage data.
Involve with Companys on daily and/or section work instruction write-up and review.
Active, visible and committed in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) by applying a high priority to safety performance of all drilling and completion operations.
Actively participated in HAZID/HAZOP/JSA/RA and other HSE program.
Ensure compliance with Companys Standards and Procedures.
Capture all lessons learnt (including AAR) into Companys database and actively participate in Lessons Learnt/QAQC operating rhythm.
Requirement
Must possess a tertiary qualification (especially in engineering or equivalent work experience).
Minimum 12 years of experience in Drilling engineering and operations related; with minimum of 5 years of HTHP (or minimum 5 HTHP wells) experience.
Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English.
Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
