Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive, Accounts, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Executive will oversee daily financial operations, perform account reconciliations, prepare financial reports, and manage accounts payable and receivable. Other responsibilities include analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and supporting audits and tax submissions. The role will also entail collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain financial health and improve operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, accounts reconciliation, and general accounting practices
• Experience managing accounts payable and receivable processes
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data for reporting and strategic decision-making
• Knowledge of accounting software and tools such as AutoCount, or equivalent
• In-depth understanding of compliance requirements, tax regulations, and audit preparation
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is advantageous)
• Prior experience in a similar accounting role is highly preferred
