OVERVIEW
To support Retail Marketing function for JD Sports Malaysia market and support the Head of Brand Marketing SEA across all functions of the JD business related to the JD brand and community projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working alongside Retail Marketing Assistant Manager and JD Creative in end to end management of Main Campaign management. Support documentation management of visual elements within current and future JD retail stores across all door within Malaysia.
- End to end campaign management of JD Brand and Partnership projects with external creative agency
- Managing communication between JD and all shopping centres for tactical activity and Main Campaign roll out
- Supporting the execution of store launches, from visual production to brand marketing activations
- Supporting all reporting functions within the Marketing Department, to feedback from Retail Operations, Retail doors and Project team.
KPIs
- Execution excellence in store Visual Merchandising standards with commerciality in mind for Main Campaigns and global brand campaigns.
- Increase visibility and activation that is aligning to business direction and supporting Retail KPIs.
- Supporting Marketing team with in-store executions be it consumer activation to in store VM set up.
- Management of external vendors and relevant key global brand partners.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position or within Retail business
- Ability to Liaise and build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrates discretion when dealing with confidential information
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle tight deadlines
- Experience in retail KPI analytics and plan course of action to support retail performance
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
