Senior Executive, Strategic Marketing

Responsibilities

Strategic Pre-Planning:

• Gather and organize data on new land proposals.
• Assess the competitive landscape and market conditions for strategic planning.
• Discover new marketing opportunities to meet the business needs of each segment.

Project Positioning:

• Conduct thorough market research to uncover potential industrial development opportunities.
• Identify target customers and investors within the industrial sector for strategic growth.

Financial Feasibility and Management Report:

• Develop comprehensive financial feasibility studies for proposed development lands.
• Assist in preparing detailed presentation slides and recommendation reports for management's final approval process.

Segmented Revenue Growth Marketing Proposal:

• Assist in developing comprehensive proposals aimed at increasing total revenue across various business segments through the strategic execution of marketing strategies.

Market Trends and Compliance Monitoring:

• Stay updated on property market trends, performance, and authority planning guidelines.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in Business Development or Land Acquisition in property management.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, financial budget planning, or significant experience in the pre-planning phase of real estate development.
• Proven track record of successful project positioning and market feasibility studies.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
