About your new role!

We are looking for a Senior Finance Executive / Assistant Finance Manager to join our team at GrowthOps Asia. This person will report to our Finance Manager and will be responsible for all matters concerning AR, AP, treasury and finance operations in UAE, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Philippines.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will take responsibility in the following areas:

AR

• Serve as ultimate custodian of AR GL and ageing including serving as final point of review for AR transactions.
• Ultimate finance liaison to clients including providing timely feedback to clients.
• In charge of clients collections follow ups and status.

AP

• Ultimate Custodian of AP GL including serving as final point of review for AP transactions.
• Custodian and reviewer of balance sheet reconciliation schedules and providing insights from schedules to reporting manager.
• Ultimate custodian of AP closing by ensuring completeness and accuracy of vendor invoice recording and completeness of accrued expenses recorded.
• Ensure correct and timely feedback is provided to vendor&aposs queries with sensitivity to urgency for critical vendors.
• Executor of creditor&aposs stretching with sensitivity to vendor&aposs critical importance to organization.

Treasury

• Assisting the direct line reporting manager in preparing weekly cash flow by country and whole region.
• Assisting the line reporting manager pertaining to the countries fund transfers to ensure sufficiency of funds in each entity to meet operational needs.
• Take responsibility as the finance liaison to banks.

What we&aposd love to see from you:

• Degree in accountancy (any professional level certification is an advantage)
• More than 5 years of audit/financial accounting/tax experience in commercial
• General Ledger function / end-to-end accounting function
• A good team player
• Ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities
• Meticulous, strong analytical skill
• Deadline driven and high sense of urgency
• Adaptive towards change
