As we continue to scale, we're looking for a commercially minded Marketing Executive to help elevate our brand and support our consultants with high-impact marketing initiatives.
The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive who understands that marketing must drive commercial results, not just engagement. You will work closely with our recruitment consultants to develop targeted marketing campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and high-quality marketing materials that support business growth and talent attraction.
This role suits someone who enjoys turning ideas and business objectives into clear, compelling marketing outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media and content strategies designed to convert leads and candidates, not just generate engagement
- Create high-quality marketing materials including brochures, survey reports, campaign assets, and downloadable PDFs
- Support recruitment teams with employer branding and talent attraction campaigns for client mandates
- Translate consultant objectives into clear, commercially relevant marketing outputs that support business development and candidate engagement
- Collaborate with consultants to plan campaign-led marketing around key hiring projects and market insights
- Support in our company's crm system for marketing purposes
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with Aurora Talent's brand positioning and messaging
- Support the development of thought leadership content, market insights, and reports
What We're Looking For
- 25 years experience in marketing, content marketing, or recruitment marketing
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills,
- Experience creating marketing collateral (social media posting, brochures, reports, PDFs, campaign assets)
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and social media marketing
- Ability to translate commercial goals into marketing strategies
- Basic design skills and familiarity with CRM systems are an advantage
- A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute beyond assigned tasks in a lean team environment
- Curious, self-motivated, and a strong team player
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
