Overview
The Senior Marketing Executive is the execution powerhouse of the marketing team. You will run
the day-to-day marketing operations across social media, CRM, events, and content
production. You will work closely with the Sr. Brand & Communications Manager, external
agencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, accurately,
and with excellent quality.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in
a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media, Content & Creative Production
- Create and produce social media content
- Draft captions, social posts, and basic copywriting for all platforms.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely scheduling of posts.
- Coordinate with designers/agencies to ensure creatives meet brand guidelines.
- Assist in community engagement monitoring and response.
2. CRM Execution (Email & WhatsApp)
- Build and deploy CRM campaigns with agency support based on agreed customer list, segmentation, and correct targeting.
- Perform QA on CRM sends, including links, tracking, UTM parameters, and automations.
- Support optimisation of CRM flows based on performance data.
3. Reporting & Insights
- Maintain weekly performance dashboards (social media & CRM).
- Compile campaign and event post-mortem reports.
- Track data accuracy and ensure reports have zero critical errors.
4. Events & Partnerships
- Support on-ground activation events and partnership initiatives.
- Handle event logistics, set-up requirements, and booth coordination.
- Oversee lead capture activities and ensure data is handed over to CRM accurately.
- Perform quality control on event creatives and materials.
What Are We Looking For
- 14 years of experience in marketing, digital, content production, or CRM
- Strong writing and speaking skills in English.
- Good grasp of social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable working with data, basic analysis, spreadsheets, and tracking.
- Willing to be on-ground for events and activations.
Bonus:
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, WhatsApp Business API, etc.).
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe) or ability to brief designers clearly.
- Familiarity with UTM tagging and tracking.
