Senior Sales Executive, SPX Express (BKK/North/South)

Job Description:
- Source leads independently through personal networks, online channels, and on-site recruiting.
- Own the full sales cycle and close deals independently to achieve monthly order and revenue targets, to be eligible for incentives.
- Manage seller relationships and negotiate and announce additional commercial terms to maximize company profit.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with existing sellers, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Industry trend analysis: study market trends and industry developments to identify new lead opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Demonstrate track record of closing deals and consistently achieving monthly revenue and order targets.
- Sales experience in the express logistics industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
- Able to travel to Bangkok office when required.
