Senior Sales Manager (Subang Jaya,Selangor)

Take the Lead in Malaysia's Marine & Offshore Market

This role is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing market, work closely with key industry decision-makers and contribute to the future development of our Malaysia sales team.

What You'll Lead :

• Develop new business with shipowners, ship managers, shipyards, offshore operators, contractors and dealers.
• Manage the full sales process, from enquiry and quotation to delivery and payment collection.
• Conduct regular customer visits throughout Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and develop opportunities into long-term customer accounts.

What We're Looking For :

• At least eight years of B2B sales experience, including five years in the marine, offshore, shipbuilding, ship repair or industrial equipment sectors.
• An established network within Malaysia's marine industry.
• A proven track record of winning new accounts and growing territory sales.
• Confidence in discussing technical specifications and preparing suitable solutions.
• Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins and payment terms.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willingness to travel frequently, with your own transport, a valid driving licence and passport.
