- Gather and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders (product, operations, compliance, tech) and external partners (merchants, vendors, PayNet)
- Document current payment flows and design future-state processes, focusing on customer experience, efficiency, compliance etc.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations stakeholders to develop user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and conduct backlog grooming
- Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to optimize onboarding, transaction flows, and reconciliation for RHB Pay
- Translate merchant and payer needs into actionable product or system requirements.
- Support UAT planning, testing, and business signoffs, ensuring smooth implementation of payment gateway modules and enhancements.
- Provide inputs on regulatory and risk considerations, especially in relation to merchant onboarding, fraud, BNM guidelines, and PayNet operational procedures
- Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for internal approvals (i.e. TOM, onboarding flows, pricing, governance).
Help prepare training material and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to Implementation, Operations, and Sales teams
