Service Engineer

The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, activation, and technical support of Tricog Health's diagnostic equipment and services. The role ensures smooth deployment, maintenance, and customer training to uphold service excellence and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and activate Insta ECG devices.
• Install and troubleshoot Trilink for 2D echo services.
• Conduct 2D echo machine technical validation.
• Complete all necessary forms for machine activations.
• Provide technical support (phone and onsite) to clients.
• Perform annual preventive maintenance of machines.
• Manage Communicator's SIM card inventory, including registration and load recharging.
• Monitor machine inventory and ensure proper upkeep.
• Conduct technical training for customer end users and distributors.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• Technical/IT experience or diploma is an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
• Professional demeanor, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
