Job Purpose
- To supervise, coordinate, and manage all site activities related to installation, servicing, and maintenance works, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate installation, servicing and maintenance works on site.
- Lead and manage technicians, subcontractors and daily work activities.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor site progress, prepare reports and resolve technical/ site issues.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers and clients to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of HVAC site supervision or installation experience.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chiller, AHU, FCU, ducting, etc.)
- Ability to read drawings and manage site teams effectively.
- Safety certification (CIDB/OSHA) is an advantage.
- Willing to work at various project sites and relocate to a project site outside Klang Valley.
